End of season sauce

After reading Spring Warren's book
I knew I had to try her
easiest-best-tomato sauce ever.

It is EASY.

Perfect for the left-over
 what-the-heck-am-I-gonna-do-with-now
piles of tomatoes ripening in the garden.

Above: Tomatoes, carrots, basil, onion
and fresh garlic from the garden.

I baked mine in and electric roaster oven on back porch.
Stir frequently.

Whole neighborhood spells of delicious sauce.

Cool.
Pour glop into Ninja Blender.
(that thing will pulverize anything)

Whir.

Perfect wonderful sauce to enjoy.

Spring Warren's specifics and recipe:

Check it out!

I'm just catching up here. Wow, you've been one busy woman, Julia! I read Wild, too. A good read.
