We checked on our bees as well. They're doing quite wonderfully, ready for a new box on top for the fall nectar flow. Our new hive is slow to build up, but we're hopeful for them this winter. Both hives are getting a bit of organic sugar syrup with wintergreen oil for mite treatment.
