In Between the Rain

The first (very tiny) cherry tomato.

"Lucky" stones popping out on the wet paths.

Saturated pinks.

Reminders there are more to plant in the side yard.

Mother's shed window open to listen to the rain.

Just a few things today in between the rain drops.
Wishing you a most wonderful weekend!

Everything looks lovely...what I wouldn't give for a bit of rain.

My garden looks more vivid after the rain too ;-) The leaves look greenner and healthier when wet... I like the little shed window there... I can imagine your mother looking through that window when there is a shower... really nice ;-) Enjoy your weekend too yeah!

Rain washes everything fresh and clean. Love that picture of the shed window.

What's the "lucky" stone? A mushroom of sorts?

Nancy- "Lucky stones" are just white rocks. I don't why we call them that! I love to collect Lucky stones and have a plate full on my kitchen window!

I love each one of these pictures. They would not have been the same pictures without the rain. especially love the one with the window open.

How lovely! We're having an unusually wet summer for us...which means just enough rain that I don't have to water.

well now, you know i'm enjoying those rocks!

and the tomato, i have my first three picked this morning and in the windowsill.

isn't everything just that much more beautiful after the rain.

though it's rained almost everyday here for the last two weeks, so we're getting a bit soggy!!

We've had lots and lots of rain too. All our little cherry tomatoes are bursting before we can get to them. Pretty pictures.

What is rain again? I won't see that until October or November!
